Tashlich @ PSJC

Gathering at the lake and “casting off our sins” is a beloved ritual of this season. Though often done in the afternoon of the first day of Rosh Hashanah, we are actually welcome to perform this ritual anytime from the start of Rosh Hashanah through the end of the Yamim Noraim, Hashanah Rabbah. In order to allow ourselves to come together for Tashlich, this year, PSJC will offer what has been dubbed “Tash-week,” a full week of opportunities to gather for tashlich with friends from PSJC in groups of no more than 10 households. Each gathering will be filled with song, prayer, and shofar blasts. BYOS—bring your own sins!

NOTE: There are 4 children's sessions that take place at PSJC instead of the lake.

We will gather at the lake at the Vanderbilt entrance to the park (corner of Vanderbilt St. and Prospect Park SW).

PLEASE RSVP AS ONE HOUSEHOLD (i.e. 1 household = 1 reservation, no matter how many people are in your household). We can accomodate ten households in each half-hour slot.
