PSJC is joining other synagogues and Jewish Day Schools from Brooklyn in walking as part of the Brooklyn Cluster for the Israel Day on Fifth Parade.

Parade Theme: Am Echad, Lev Echad: One People, One Heart—we stand together, united despite our differences, supporting the People of Israel. PAI Shabbat 2024 (3 x 3 in).png

June 8, 2024

10:00 a.m.

Come join the PSJC community as we host the second PAI Shabbat service. PAI members will lead all the parts of this service. Last year was a moving experience for all who were involved, and this year promises to continue that tradition.

If you received an invitation for an aliyah, please have your Hebrew name ready (it consists of your name, son/daughter of father's Hebrew name and mother's Hebrew name).

It’s an especially good time for PAI members to turn out.

Looking forward to celebrating with you!

On Saturday, June 8, we will gather in Prospect Park for a Shabbat afternoon picnic. Join us for games, snacks, music, and more. In partnership with The Neighborhood and Park Slope Jewish Center, we will celebrate Shabbat and Pride together, enjoying the Summer weather with loved ones.

Pride Afternoon in Prospect Park is presented as a part of Jewish Family Pride Brooklyn: a weekend of programming celebrating Queer Jewish families and those who love them.
