Join Rabbinic Fellow Talia Kaplan and Rabbi Hayley Goldstein for a 3-session beit midrash--communal-style learning setting. With just your alef-bet, you can decode and discuss a rabbinic debate from Tractate Gittin about stolen beams and interpersonal justice.

The Hidden Path: Tracing Feminine Sanctity from Biblical Times to the Present:
A Lecture and Discussion in memory of Rabbi Jeffrey Marker, z”l in the season of his first yahrzeit
In this lecture and discussion, Rabbi Hammer, a dear friend and colleague of Rabbi Marker, will consider some of the sacred roles for women, and some of the feminine faces of divinity, hidden in plain sight in the Bible and later Jewish sources from the Talmud to kabbalah. We’ll consider some of the implications for Jewish spiritual and liturgical exploration in our own day.
